Don't underestimate a bad plan

We often underestimate the likelihood of a "bad" plan working. We do this because we like certainty. We want to know something will work before we waste our time and embarrass ourselves.

Lowering standards can produce better results. All that's needed is a plan that might work. A 50/50 chance is a fantastic plan! Most plans will never reach that bar. The criteria for taking action on a plan is: "Could it work?"

If a plan could work, it's good enough to take action.
