Why So Many Layoffs?
Business leaders are doing layoffs simultaneously for the same reason they all got into cryptocurrency simultaneously. They follow trends because following the crowd is comfortable. Any analysis they did was confirmation bias. If it was a wrong move, they can always say, "Everybody was doing it." Worst case, they have to ramp up hiring later.
